Snoop Dogg’s calm persona looks as if he isn’t fazed by anything these days or feels an ounce of pressure for anything music-related.
The West Coast rap legend delivered on his promise of knocking out a feature for T-Pain in less than 48 hours and the new collaboration is set to arrive Friday (November 10).

“That’s How We Ballin” came together over the course of this week as T-Pain texted Snoop about the process of getting a feature and the Doggfather promptly replied he’d have it back in two days.
“Send the beat And I’ll send it bac. That hoe [fire],” Snoop said over texts.
The Death Row icon added in a video: “I’ma have this verse back at you in the first 48 hours. Give me two days and I’ma knock it down for you,” Snoop said. “That shit banging like a motherfucker, boy. You did that. That’s a heater. That’s a rock. Coming back at you!”
On Wednesday (November 8), T-Pain revealed that Snoop Dogg was a man of his word and “That’s How We Ballin” was ready to arrive at the end of the week. “He said 48 hours and he DELIVERED. Big @SnoopDogg and T-Pain coming this Friday,” Pain wrote.
A preview of the collaboration is currently available on TikTok and T-Pain is reacting to some of his favorite videos using the snippet. Fans can expect the full track to hit streaming services at midnight ET.
Snoop Dogg and T-Pain have teamed up in the past on the likes of Snoop’s Doggumentary cut “Boom” in 2011. They also served as guests on DJ Khaled’s “All I Do Is Win” anthem the year prior.
Hopefully, for T-Pain’s sake, he’s negotiated a better publishing deal to make more money on “That’s How We Ballin” than he had for hits like “Buy U A Drank” which were not as lucrative as one might think.

“Y’all looked up the publishing on ‘Buy U A Drank’?” he asked the radio host. “Bruh. Like, publishing-wise, I probably make no money. So, all those things that I said in “Buy U A Drank” that was from other songs — when “Buy U A Drank” blew up, all them other people from all them other songs said they was owed shit from my song because I said their name. I’m like, ‘What the fuck!’”
He continued: “I was like paying homage and shit! So, like ‘Money In The Bank,’ I got Scrappy and his writers. They came for that. On ‘Snap Your Fingers, Do Your Step,’ Lil Jon and E-40? Everybody on that song came for me.”
Meanwhile, Snoop Dogg and his son Cordell Broadus are launching Death Row Games with an aim to provide a platform for minority developers.
The father-son duo have already entered into a number of business partnerships together, having launched an interactive restaurant concept with Food Fighters Universe and a comic book in the form of an NFT.
