Saweetie has suggested that she may get back in the booth specifically to take aim at Chris Brown, who mentioned her in his latest diss track against Quavo.
Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, on Saturday (April 20), the female rapper suggested that she’d been readying a response to the embattled R&B star, and is going to get back in the booth to record it.

“let me go rewrite these nani verses,” she wrote, referencing a new single which she teased on the platform late last month.
Following the subtle reaction, Saweetie offered fans a new snippet of the track along with a clip of herself appearing unbothered as she sunbathes in the pool.
Issues between Chris Brown and Quavo date back to 2017 when the singer allegedly got into a brawl with the Migos at a BET Awards afterparty.
Things took an interesting twist when Quavo appeared to begin dating Brown’s former girlfriend Tran, who had previously taken out a restraining order against the controversial singer.

The simmering tension boiled over again earlier this year when Quavo and Breezy were awkwardly sat next to each other during a Paris Fashion Week event.
While the two appeared cordial, Brown later dissed the “Hotel Lobby” rapper on social media.

“Okay, now fuckin’ my old bitches ain’t gon’ make us equal/ Sippin’ that 1942 ’cause I don’t do no Cuervo (Quavo)/ Freak bitch, she like Casamigos, not the Migos,” he raps on the song, which samples Nelly‘s 2002 hit “Air Force Ones.”
A day later, on his new track “Tender,” the former Migos rapper hit back at Breezy by referencing his history of domestic violence and drug use.

Quavo then seemingly confirms that his and Tran’s relationship, spitting: “Tell me, lil’ bro, what’s your issue? Despite Brown’s bitterness, Karrueche Tran previously denied she was in a relationship with Quavo after they were seen leaving a restaurant together.
“You just had to ask this,” she laughed after paparazzi asked if she was down to go on a date with the Migos star. “We’re friends! … I’m single. We’re having fun and enjoying life, nothing is serious. We have fun, we’re friends!”
