“Toronto is one of my favorite cities to perform in, and the fact that I get to come back and bring all the people that came up with me in the industry means everything,” Nelly said in a statement. “We have a lot of surprises in store for you, Toronto, and the Hot in Herre team can’t wait for this summer.”
Festival co-organizer Nostalgia Inc. added: “From ‘Ride Wit Me’ to ‘Dilemma’ to ‘Just a Dream’ every song will likely strike a chord, so come equipped with bucket hats, low rise camouflage pants, and film cameras galore, because these artists are getting ready to transport their fans back to a time where the most important thing was updating your Facebook status.”
There will be a fully licensed bar and food trucks available on-site, along with access to picnic tables, shaded areas and seating. There will also be two 19-plus VIP sections available, one that gives access to the front of the stage and the other with a lounge area and private air-conditioned bathrooms.
Guests also have the option to purchase a VIP booth, which features a fully catered private booth, bathrooms, eight bottles, and a dedicated waiting staff.
Tickets are available now over at the festival’s official website. Early bird pricing for general admission tickets start at $170, while VIP tickets cost $275 and VIP booth tickets range between $2,250 and $25,000.
While he’s prepping his first-ever festival, Nelly recently stirred the pot with fans regarding his relationship with Ashanti. Last week the former couple sparked rumors of a reunion when a photo of them wearing similar chains surfaced online.

“Okay I’ve seen enough he is laying it down on her. Or they dating,” commented one fan on Twitter, insinuating they were convinced the two were back together. “I’m so here for this!!!” added another user, excited about a potential reconciliation.
Others, meanwhile, were in disbelief and questioned the former duo’s true motivations. “Y’all acting like that’s not the most common chain ever,” one user tweeted. “Money running low so they are looking for clout!!”
