Jim Jones has seen everyone’s year-end Top 10 lists and being the savvy culture critic he is, Capo has turned around and released a ranked list of the best podcasts for 2022.
“After considerable deliberation and numerous talks wit th top 10 committee we have finally decided on our top 10 pod casters of 2022,” he wrote on Instagram. “If u feel u should have made the list hold tht thought till next year.”

Drink Champs took home the top spot with Million Dollaz Worth of Game, Earn Your Leisure, The Joe Budden Podcast and Kai Cenat’s streams rounding out the Top 5.
“Some might argue @kaicenat is not a pod caster but he interviews people so there for he has a component of pod casting goin in durin his show so yeah and he super Poppin to th young generation,” he defended his Kai Cenat selection.
The rest of the Top 10 includes No Jumper in the six hole followed by Yung Miami’s Caresha Please podcast, Maino’s Kitchen Talk, Angela Yee’s Lip Service and Math Hoffa’s My Expert Opinion.
One notable omission was the return of Elliott Wilson and Brian “B. Dot” Miller’s Rap Radar podcast, which could have been a petty move in response to B. Dot leaving Jim off his Top 10 rappers of 2022 list.
“@bdottm @elliottwilson u were so close we even did a recount for u but ur numbers weren’t high enough this year lol lol,” Capo added.
B. Dot responded: “Maybe next year.”

Van Lathan hopped into the comment section and promised his Higher Learning podcast would make an appearance on Jim Jones’ 2023 edition.
It might not be a coincidence that Jim Jones ranked his favorite podcasts of the year as a press release teased the brash and never-shy Dipset rapper’s foray into the podcasting industry possibly coming in 2023.
