Jim Jones and Bobby Shmurda have shown they’re in a giving mood this Christmas by stopping by a New York women’s shelter to help hand out gifts to the less fortunate.
On Saturday (December 24), Capo took to Instagram to share a video of him and the GS9 spitter gifting members of their local community with toys and essentials such as nappies and toothbrushes.

They were also able to donate boxes of footwear with the help of New York sneaker chain GB’s, which Jim Jones shouted out in his video’s caption.
“Today we took a trip to th shelter to give back to those who are less fortunate and for those who need,” he wrote. “The one thing I can say about @gbny he always gives back to th community

Jones and Shmurda aren’t the only ones who have been doing their part this holiday season. NBA Youngboy,Fredo Bang and TG Kommas spread some holiday cheer on Christmas Eve by hosting a toy drive in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
The “Unity in the Community” event saw the rappers donate over 1,000 toys, bikes, coats and athletic shoes. They also donated toys to Our Lady of the Lake Children’s Hospital.
In addition to the toy giveaway, the group planned a private dinner with gifts for families who have recently lost their homes in house fires.
Meanwhile, Meek Mill has made it possible for 20 Philadelphia women who had previously been unable to pay their bail to spend the holidays with their families.

Five of the women, who were all being held at the Riverside Correctional Facility in Philadelphia, were released on Friday (December 23), while the others will be home over the course of the next week, the rapper’s REFORM Alliance said in a press release.
The women will also each receive a gift card, to help with last minute holiday or food shopping. Meek Mill explained that his own experiences as an incarcerated parent inspired him to cover the women’s bail.
