Tyga often finds himself in financial predicaments. Whether he’s being sued by a landlord or luxury car dealership, someone always seems to have their hands in Tyga’s pockets.
Now, a Canadian social media company is reportedly after $200,000 of the Compton-bred rapper’s hard-earned money. According to The Blast, the social media company Providr Inc. filed to register a recently scored judgement.
In 2015, Providr says they entered into a deal with Tyga that would direct online user activity generated by his Facebook account for use in marketing and advertising. He was given a $200,000 cash advance but allegedly failed to give Providr full access to all his social media.
The company claims Tyga breached the deal and sued for the cash advance. A default judgment of $145,070.94 was awarded to Providr, but the company needs the judgement to be recognized in California so they can legally go after him in the United States.
