Bad Boy Entertainment welcomed its newest signee, Christian Combs, this weekend.

Puff Daddy gifted his son with a contract to the record label for his eighteenth birthday, which was Friday (April 1). Bad Boy joined Epic Records in October, so the label’s CEO L.A. Reid was on hand as Combs signed his contract. Diddy shared the moment on Instagram.

“NEW DEAL ALERT!!!” he writes for the caption of a video of his son signing the contract. “Everyone wish my son @KingCombs a happy birthday & CONGRATS on signing that record deal!! #BADBOY #EPIC @la_reidSNAPCHAT: PUFFDADDY”
