Founding Wu-Tang Clan member U-God has been on an album hiatus for over four years. The veteran Staten Island, New York emcee who is currently gearing up for a series of summer concerts with his Clansmen also announced plans for his fourth solo album, Keynote Speaker.

After releasing 2009’s Dopium with Frank 151’s label partnership with Babygrande Records, Golden Arms has reunited with RZA at the Abbott’s Soul Temple Records imprint. That label recently released Ghostface Killah & Adrian Younge’s Twelve Reasons To Die effort.

Coming on July 23, Keynote Speaker will feature Wu brothers Method Man, GZA and Inspectah Deck, as well as Kool Keith, Styles P and Elzhi.
