Yung Miami has responded to the waves of criticism she’s received after making a cameo appearance on the latest episode of 50 Cent‘s BMF show.

The City Girls rapper played the role of Deanna Washington, who at one point in the show was informed by Big Meech’s character about the death of her husband.

Critics on Twitter have torn apart what was meant to be a gut-wrenching moment, as Yung Miami’s fake crying became a source of hilarity for many viewers. “Caresha had me screaming on BMF last night,” wrote one user. “She’s mad funny.”

Miami saw the tweet and replied with a side eye emoji, writing: “It wasn’t funny lol.”

Regardless of Yung Miami’s statement, the trolling continued.

“Yung Miami need to stick to caresha please CAUSE CARESHA PLSSSS,” wrote one user, while another added: “Caresha please get acting lessons.”

“This scene in #bmf may be the worse acting I’ve ever seen. This shit look like a #tubi movie,” read another scathing critique.

One user went as far as to directly quote Miami herself from the show. “Meech where’s my husband,” the user wrote along with numerous laughing emoji’s. “Caresha please.”

Despite the backlash, the Caresha Please host was just the latest superstar rapper to appear on the show. Kash Doll previously landed a starring role as Monique, a paralegal single mother who works for the biggest defense attorney in Detroit and serves as a love interest of Big Meech.

In an interview with HipHopDX, Kash Doll said starring in the show was a full circle moment for her, considering she knew the true story the show was based on.

“It’s a full circle moment man. I came up hearing about BMF when I was younger and just seeing how big their movement was. Being a part of this story on Starz with 50 Cent, man,  it just feels amazing. It’s something I can’t explain. I’m just grateful for that opportunity,” she told HipHopDX.
