Yung Miami‘s long-rumored reality show has reportedly found a home at on BET, months after the City Girls rapper introduced the idea to her fans.

Earlier this year, Billboard spoke to the rapper, real name Caresha Brownlee, who confirmed that the tentative name of the reality show would be A Day in the Life of Miami. At the time she also said that she was still shopping for a network home for the show.

On Thursday (December 21) however, The Jasmine Brand reported that the reality show has landed at BET, though a premiere date has not yet been announced.

The outlet confirmed that Yung Miami’s partner in rhyme, JT, would not be a part of the show.

Back in June 2022, Yung Miami teased the notion of canceling her popular REVOLT talk show, Caresha Please, because she claimed that her guests couldn’t “handle the smoke.”

Since the show’s launch in June, Miami has interviewed her beau Sean “Diddy Combs, Kevin Gates, Megan Thee Stallion, Saweetie, Latto, JT, and Saucy Santana, but her run has apparently come to an end and the City Girls rapper has an idea as to why that might be.

“I might have to cancel #Careshaplease n-ggas scared of the smoke,” Miami tweeted on December 4, adding, “I ain’t got time to be tip-toeing around questions did you fuck whataname. #Carshaplease.”

More recently though, Yung Miami had to fight off “smoke” of her own, as rapper Blueface’s mother, Karlissa Saffold, attempted to troll her for her alleged predilections in the bedroom.

In a post to Twitter on November 7, Miami lamented about people on the internet, writing: “The internet so lame like a lot of y’all are really some corny ass bitches!” she wrote.

When it was posted on The Neighborhood Talk‘s Instagram, Karlissa hopped in the comments section to troll Miami about her previous comments on liking water sports in the bedroom.

“Long as we ain’t getting pissed on Chile we ain’t hit the bottom,” she wrote with a laughing emoji.

While Karlissa’s trolling was seemingly unprovoked, the pair actually exchanged words over the summer about their respective views on the Carlee Russell escapade and could have some lingering static from that.

Karlissa’s comment arrived just after Yung Miami cleared up her initial conversation about getting a golden shower and admitted that she’d never really experienced it.
