Young Thug and Mariah The Scientist‘s relationship appeared to suffer a brief setback amid multiple private calls from Thug’s jail bid being leaked – but it looks like they’ve already made up.
As previously reported, Thug issued a public apology to his longtime girlfriend on Christmas Eve (December 24) “for all this bullshit on the internet.”
The “bullshit” included a call where he told his friend that he fears Mariah loves him “too much” and admitted to calling at least 10 other women each time he hops on the phone. There was also an emotional call from 2022 between him and boxer Devin Haney’s now-partner.
Apparently his apology didn’t work right away, however, as he posted on X the following morning: “She so mad, I said merry Christmas and she said thank u [skull emoji]”

But just hours later, fans spotted the pair spending their holiday together at a ski resort, so it appears all is well.

Following the leaked call between him and Haney’s partner Leena days earlier, both Young Thug and Laney issued statements.

“That video was before I met my bd… I would never talk to thug or any other man,” she said on her Instagram Story.
On X, Thug wrote: “Man me and twin was talking bout some whole other serious shit, I don’t know y she spoke on loving other people or anything else cause ain giving no fuck bout no hoes or n-ggas I’m the capital P lol that’s my twin and nothing else. Never have never will lol. I can have that lil shit right now if I wanted it, but she been pushing the p harder then niggas lol that’s the twin…I got who I want.”
Leena didn’t seem to take kindly to Thug’s reply, adding to her story afterward: “lol i’m nobody’s twin I’m 100% down for my baby daddy with whatever he do and whoever else he fuck with and that’s why y’all mad.”

Thug and Mariah The Scientist have been dating since 2021, following his split with then-fiancée Jerrika Karlae in 2020.
