Xzibit is unloading his California home for almost $4million following his divorce from his wife and children’s mother, Krista Joiner.
The five bedroom, six bathroom crib in Porter Ranch, California hit Architectural Digest on Thursday (January 26). While it doesn’t boast any out-of-this-world elements like the cars on Pimp My Ride did, the beautiful 5,710 square foot home features multiple amenities including two kitchens, a pool with a baja shelf and a swim-up bar, a built-in fire pit and a breathtaking view of Los Angeles.

Joiner filed for divorce in 2021 after roughly six years of marriage and 20 years of dating. Xzibit first asked the judge not to award his ex any spousal support as he claimed to have struggled throughout the pandemic with tours and other appearances shut down. However, Krista alleged the rapper’s brother Jason told her Xzibit makes over $1million a month from his cannabis business.
Jason also claimed he stashed $20million for Xzibit in multiple vaults and got him cash whenever he needed it.

The rapper commented on the allegations in a since-deleted Instagram post that called Krista’s claims “bullshit” and said “there will be blood” on her hands for spreading the purported rumors. He then noted she and Jason “outdid” themselves this time, claiming they’ve reached a new low.
In August, the Los Angeles native was ordered to pay his ex $6,000 a month in support. According to the breakdown, $2,239 will go toward child support for their 10-year-old son Gatlyn which will continue until he’s 18 and $3,702 a month will go towards temporary spousal support. Xzibit was also ordered to pay $50,000 for Joiner to hire a forensic accountant to look through his finances and another $125,000 to cover all her legal bills.
In November, Joiner filed a lawsuit against against X seeking financial compensation for the rest of her life.
In court documents, Krista’s attorney claimed that Xzibit agreed to provide financial support for her if she remained a homemaker. The lawyer argues that she held up her end of the bargain but Xzibit has not.

“In the event the parties’ relationship ended, all of the property acquired, or entities or businesses established, or which property or entities/businesses increased in value, during their relationship as a result of [Xzibit’s] skills, efforts, labor, and earnings, regardless of how the title was formally held, would be divided equally between them,” Joiner’s attorney’s statement read.
The suit also claims that Xzibit promised to take care of Joiner’s financial well-being when she sought employment outside of the home. Joiner believes she’s owed financial compensation for being a “confidant, companion, social and business partner, homemaker, housekeeper and consultant to Defendant in connection with financial and family matters.”
