Wack 100 has accused Gunna of snitching on Young Thug and the YSL crew following his release from jail.

On Wednesday (December 14), the music executive joined a Clubhouse call to discuss the surprise turn of events that saw the Atlanta rapper secure his freedom by taking a plea deal in the YSL RICO case.

During the conversation, Wack questioned Gunna’s seemingly smooth escape from jail, suggesting he gave up information on his YSL cohorts. “He told,” the manager said. “Listen… you’re not pleading guilty to a RICO, and they’re freeing you. He did something.”

After someone else on the call said Gunna pleading guilty in the RICO case was basically him admitting that YSL is a gang, as prosecutors have alleged, Wack replied: “There go the telling right there. He told.”

Gunna (real name Sergio Kitchens) was released from police custody after seven months behind bars on Wednesday after agreeing to a plea deal that credited him with time served. The 29-year-old entered an Alford plea, pleading guilty to one racketeering conspiracy charge in the interest of his freedom.

As a result, Gunna was sentenced to five years with one served in prison. The four-year sentence left will reportedly be “suspended,” and Gunna will serve the rest in the form of 500 hours of community service.

The DS4Ever hitmaker issued a statement shortly after his release, in which he maintained his innocence and clarified he has not snitched on the other 27 YSL members who have been indicted in the RICO case.

“While I have agreed to always be truthful, I want to make it perfectly clear that I have NOT made any statements, have NOT been interviewed, have NOT cooperated, have NOT agreed to testify or be a witness for or against any party in the case and have absolutely NO intention of being involved in the trial process in any way,” he wrote.

“My focus of YSL was entertainment — rap artists who wrote and performed music that exaggerated and ‘glorified’ urban life in the Black community,” he added. “I love and cherish my association with YSL music, and always will.”

This isn’t the first time Wack 100 has made snitching allegations in the YSL RICO case. In October, the veteran music manager accused 21 Savage of telling on the Atlanta crew.

“The D.A. in Atlanta said it’s a well-known rapper who’s telling. You get caught and get threatened to get sent out the country ’cause you ain’t a real citizen; we trying to figure it out,” he said on Clubhouse, referencing 21’s ongoing immigration case.

An angry 21 fired back during the call: “Man, come on, bruh, what the hell you talking about?! What the fuck, bruh?! Goddamn, triple OG! I can’t go to court for immigration if I got an open gun case, fool.”

The heated argument ended with Wack asking: “Did you give up Thug or nah? What’s going on? Thug bought you a brand new truck,” to which 21 replied: “Man, you trying to use me for content! I’m gone, man. I’m gone,” before abruptly leaving the Clubhouse session.

“You is content, you rat-ass n-gga,” Wack snapped after the Savage Mode rapper hung up. “You’s a rat, n-gga. You told on Thug, n-gga. Fuck up outta here.”

While Gunna is celebrating his freedom, Young Thug remains behind bars on charges of conspiracy to violate the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) and participation in a criminal street gang. The case is set to go to trial on January 9.
