Tyrese is calling out Joe Budden after he caught “strays” from the podcast host for his recent emotional interview on The Breakfast Club.

In late August, the singer and actor bared his soul during a lengthy chat on the New York-based radio show and even shed tears at one point.

“I’m doing the best I can with every 24 hours I get,” he admitted before proudly declaring: “Black men cry.”

Shortly afterward, Budden took to his podcast where he called Tyrese “bitter,” noting that his ongoing divorce has made him that way.

Tyrese doesn’t agree, however.

Taking to Instagram Live on Thursday (September 5), Ty proceeded to call Budden out over his commentary.

“I need to understand what’s going in with Joe Budden and why I keep catching strays every time anything that happens with me with The Breakfast Club,” he began. “Soon as I come on the Joe Budden Podcast, he’s like, ‘You ain’t finna come over here talking all that spiritual negro shit like The Breakfast Club.’

“Everything aight? Joe, I actually know you and Melyssa Ford. I’ve done too many turn-ups with Joe Budden. That’s my n-gga or so I thought. Every time I do anything that’s got to do with The Breakfast Club and then attempt to follow The Breakfast Club with Joe, I’m just catching strays. So I’m like n-gga if you got a problem with Envy and Charlamagne, y’all n-ggas need to address that because what the fuck that got to do with me? And how I got n-ggas on your pod that I just met who got my back more than n-ggas I actually know?

“You went as far as to call me bitter. I’m a grown-ass man. You can have all the fucking influence in the world. You’ll never be able to convince me that I’m bitter. What I’m feeling and what I’m carrying and what I’m processing is some shit you’ve never experienced before because you’ve never been married.”

He went on to call Budden old and take shots at the rapper-turned-podcast for not marrying his girl, noting he would have married his current girlfriend already if his estranged wife wasn’t dragging out their divorce.

Tyrese previously got into it with one of Budden’s podcast co-hosts QueenzFlip last fall after he felt disrespected.

Taking to Instagram, Tyrese called out Flip by name for cracking jokes about his divorce, among other things, while accusing him of ducking his phone calls.

“I got n-ggas hitting my phone talking about, ever since the interview aired, they’ve been coming at me, disrespecting me, taking shots at me, talking about my marriage, talking about whatever,” he began, referencing his then-recent appearance on The Joe Budden Podcast.

“The crazy shit for me is, I heard rumblings of n-ggas talking shit before I went on the podcast. They were like, ‘Yo, it’s n-ggas dedicating 15, 20 minutes every podcast, talking shit, beefing with The Rock, this and that.’”

He continued: “It ain’t really been Joe — it’s been this one particular dude on the show that’s been coming at me […] I’ve been trying to reach this dude and he ain’t been calling me back. I hit his phone, text him, call him. Like bruh, you going below the belt with some of this shit you saying.

“So if y’all know the dude that sits in the middle in the high chair, y’all let him know I’m trying to get at him […] I don’t run from no smoke.”

In response, QueenzFlip (whose real name is Trevor Robinson) fired back with a video of his own.

In his caption, he added: “@tyrese KEEP MY NAME OUT YA MOUTH BRO!! I RESPECT YOU – GET A HOBBY BRO!! NO ONE TALKED ABOUT YOU – & IF I DID VIDEOS ARE OLD FOH – ADD ME ON @flipdanetwork.”
