Tyler, The Creator and Earl Sweatshirt ran back the years at Coachella over the weekend by reuniting on the big stage.

During Tyler’s headlining set at the second weekend of the festival on Saturday (April 20), the Odd Future founder surprised fans with an appearance from Earl, who joined him on stage for a couple of songs.

The pair performed “AssMilk” from Tyler’s 2009 album Bastard, marking the first time the song has been performed since 2014.

They also joined forces for a performance of “Rusty” from Tyler’s 2013 album Wolf.

Their bromance was on full display as the longtime friends shared a hug and some kind words before Earl departed the stage.

“Earl muthafucking Sweatshirt!” Tyler yelled into the mic. “My muthafucking brother. I love this guy so fucking much.”

Earl returned the favor by saying: “Tyler, The fucking Creator, man. Look at the biggest show on Earth.”

Earl Sweatshirt and Tyler, The Creator previously linked up last summer to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Earl’s debut album Doris.

In August, the former Odd Future groupmates reconnected on stage at the Novo in Los Angeles as Tyler joined Earl to perform their 2013 collaboration “Whoa.”

The pair also hugged it out on stage and posed for pictures while showing love to their former collective.

“Make some muthafuckin’ noise for Earl Sweatshirt!” Tyler told the crowd, while Earl added: “I ain’t gone lie, bro. On some shit, make some noise for Odd Future, bitch!”

The show was an Odd Future family affair with several other members and affiliates also in the building including Vince Staples, Domo Genesis, Syd, Casey Veggies, Mike G, Left Brain, Taco and Jasper Dolphin.

Vince and Domo even hit the stage to assist Earl with “Hive” and “20 Wave Caps.”

Elsewhere during his Coachella set, Tyler, The Creator suggested that the Odd Future gang are struggling to get in contact with Frank Ocean.
