Troy Ave has issued a scathing response to Maino‘s claims that he’s been wearing fake jewelry throughout the years — check it out below.
On Saturday (April 1), the “All About the Money” rapper shared a wide-ranging YouTube clip that sees him address the Jesus piece chain that Maino discussed in his own lengthy YouTube video.

At the beginning of the video, Troy Ave posts what appears to be a positive message intertwined with him painting Maino as a “cancer” to society.
“Hate is a cancer that that can spread faster than Maino left his girl & ran out of his shoes,” the message reads. “We must work Together to save society, we must rid these scum from our community. Together, we must SPREAD LOVE AND DESTROY HATE [100 emoji].”

The video then shows a split screen between the “Hi Hater” rapper ranting about Troy Ave’s alleged fake Jesus piece, while Maino’s 2016 video for his single “Mama Loves Me” plays on the other screen; Troy Ave claims Maino is sporting the same chain in the video.
Troy Ave circled the date that the video was released — June 20, 2016 — after Maino said on Instagram on Saturday (April 1) that the video was shot prior to the Irving Plaza shooting, which took place on May 25, 2016.

“Nah y’all not gon try that,” Maino has since said on Instagram, responded to the claim. “This Video was Shot for KOB 3 in August 2015. Dropped on Mother’s Day of 2016… [Laughing emojis] Try again! This one REAL! Y’all not gonna get away with that.”
As Troy Ave’s video continues, it shows a series of hate comments aimed at Maino, calling him “Chaino,” and a Looney Tunes reference of Troy Ave as Road Runner and Maino as Wile E. Coyote. In the classic cartoon, Road Runner always avoids the traps that Wile E. Coyote sets for him and often is a victim of his own handiwork.
In another part of the video, Troy responds directly to Maino while seated on an airplane. “I was in the air, but now Im here,” Troy says. “When I tell you that fact, it’ll still be something different. I see you. Hi hater. [Gestures his hands downward] that’s how we gon’ do you. You a lil’ n-gga to me and that’s a fact hoe. Stay tuned.”
Towards the end of the video, Troy Ave is seen with a diamond tester who’s using a black pocket-sized device to verify the authenticity of his ice. “Everything is real, I can tell,” the tester announces in the clip.

Troy Ave concludes the video with a clip from the video for his recent track “Mad Bout,” which is one of three diss songs aimed at Taxstone and their years-long beef.
Sharing a clip of his response video on Instagram, Troy Ave, in the caption, told Maino — as well as anyone else coming for his head — that they can’t “fuk wit ya Boi.”
On Friday (March 31), Maino aired out his personal grievances regarding Troy Ave and his alleged fake chain that he’s currently in possession of via YouTube.
“This chain is fake,” Maino said in a section of the video. “The reason why I’ve been pointing this chain out is because you’ve been a liar since day one. You’ve built a small career on lies. You’ve built everything on lies.”

Maino then talked about how Troy Ave has refused to take ownership for what happened during the shooting and killing of his bodyguard and BSB affiliate Banga at Irving Plaza during a T.I. concert in 2016.
“There’s a sense of accountability that you should have when you deal with your friends losing their lives, because I never want to put my friend in a situation where he lose his life, and I gotta face his brother,” Maino said. “If it was me, I wouldn’t be sittin’ in jail, making rhymes over the phone, none of that. Because it would be a little bit deeper for me if it was a friend of mine.”
