Travis Scott has been called out by Kid Capri for allegedly disrespecting a fan who wanted a picture with him.

A video went viral on Wednesday (August 7) of the Houston rapper being approached by a young fan while in France, with the boy holding out his phone and asking him: “Travis, can I get a picture?”

Scott, seemingly irked by the fan’s request and the fact that he was somewhat blocking his entry through a gate, pushed the boy’s arm away from his body while saying: “Don’t touch me.”

“I’m so sorry,” the fan replied before moving out of his way with his phone still held up.

Travis then gave a thumbs up to the boy’s camera before walking away.

The move did not sit right with legendary DJ Kid Capri, who aired out the “Sicko Mode” hitmaker in a video posted online.

“Ayo, Travis Scott, when did we start being disrespectful to kids, bruh?” he began. “Little kid asked you for an autograph, [you] pushed his hand away, looked at him like he was the Devil and just walked away from him. At one time, you would’ve wanted somebody to ask you for an autograph or ask you for a picture or whatever it is he asked you for.”

Capri then called on the Cactus Jack star to show more humility towards fans, referencing the deadly crowd crush at his 2021 Astroworld Festival that killed 10 attendees.

“Celebs get where they get and then they forget,” he continued. “Dawg, like 10 people died at one of your concerts. I would try to be as humble as possible. I’m not saying it’s your fault, but I would try to be as humble as possible when it comes to the fans, bruh. They lift you up.

“This ain’t the first time I seen you do some shit that was funny style. It’s a little kid, bruh, and it pisses me off to see that ’cause I come from signing every autograph, taking every picture, doing video drops for people. We would’ve wished people asked us for that when we wasn’t on.”

He added: “I’m not at your level, but I’m at Kid Capri level and I respect the fans. That right there was crazy. I’m not saying you got to sign everybody’s thing or do what everybody say, but when it comes to little kids, they look at you as a superhero, bruh. That shit right there was super, super corny.”

Scott has yet to respond to Capri’s comments.

Despite the tongue-lashing, La Flame has gone above and beyond for fans in the past.

Earlier this year, he gifted a concert attendee a pair of his unreleased Nike x Cactus Jack sneakers right off his feet after they rapped his song “Lost Forever” on stage without missing a beat.

Travis had one request for the fan, though, telling them: “Don’t sell my shoes, man. They’re my favorite pair of shoes so don’t sell them. Ya dig what I’m saying? I love y’all, Chicago.”
