According to TMZ, she alleges that Oppikofer later turned up at her brother’s birthday party last month despite not being invited nor actually knowing Tinashe or her family.

Only a few days later, he allegedly turned up outside of her L.A. home, which caused her to call the police but he had gone by the time they turned up.

In court documents, Tinashe claims Oppikofer returned the following day and rang her doorbell. After nobody answered, he allegedly began shouting her name.

The man was allegedly confronted by people from inside the house, but he again left without further incident.

Tinashe claimed he returned once again on November 3, when he was confronted by her father and attempted to break into her house.

In the house at the time, Tinashe claims she was “scared for her life” and fled to a locked room in the property, which she alleges Oppikofer tried to open.

He was removed by music studio staff but continued to lurk outside of the “2 On” singer’s home afterwards. Cops eventually showed up and arrested him, booking him for misdemeanor trespassing.

In the filing, Tinashe pleads with a judge to grant her a restraining order against Oppikofer to keep him away from her for fear of her safety.

Tinashe previously filed a restraining order in 2017 against a man named Martin Murphy, who travelled across the country to track her down as he believed they were married.

It was determined that 25-year-old Murphy had suffered a “psychotic break” and was ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from Tinashe and her parents at all times, with Murphy’s own father endorsing the order.
