Internet Money‘s Taz Taylor is looking to take a stand for producers who aren’t being compensated in a timely manner for their work.
Taylor voiced his frustration on Twitter on Monday (October 30) ,and put artists on blast for not paying Internet Money for their beats while still looking to reap the dollars and streaming benefits from the records.

“If u got any uncleared IM beats on ya album and we been hitting you since FEB to pay we will def be taking those songs down done playing wit y’all. idc who u are, ya MGMT is, or ya label is,” he wrote.
“I don’t need y’all money. it’s just disrespectful to have people waiting for almost a year while y’all collect $ off songs. y’all don’t want me to start exposing artists or label names cause i personally DGAF.”

Taz continued: “They done picked the wrong producer to play wit. ion need their lil advance.”
Taylor claimed that he’s got a list of more than 25 artists and labels that are still yet to fulfill his invoices for beats that are already out.

Taylor’s frustration spilled onto Instagram as he added to his PSA for artists and labels.
“Y’all gone start respecting the producer,” he wrote. “As y’all see with TikTok. We don’t need y’all fr. Beats going viral and streaming more than most songs nowadays. Imagine 2 years.”
The Internet Money boss jokingly responded to a fan that those with “good hearts” work in hospitals and not the music business.
“I feel like a lot of people get into the industry with good hearts and wanting to do the best.. but since everybody else is a piece of shit it kinda becomes the standard after a while,” he continued.
