Tasha K seems exhausted from the drama that has followed her amid the tension between Nicki Minaj and Cardi B, and she is now insisting that it would be best for everyone to settle the beef.

On Wednesday (October 25), the vlogger went live on Instagram to address her legal dispute with the “WAP” hitmaker as well as her take on the similarities between the sometimes-sparring New York MCs.

“I want all of this behind me,” she said with tears in her eyes. “I’ve said this to Nicki and she didn’t like it. She’ll go through bouts where she’ll talk to me and she won’t talk to me — I don’t care because I’m not starstruck like that; Imma tell you the truth. I said, ‘You and Cardi are the same.’”

Tasha continued: “They have good traits that make people excited, right? They get their [fans] excited but [the] one who’s experienced is not sharing her wisdom with someone who’s young and up-and-coming. I know that’s hard for her because of how the industry tore her down, but Nicki truly has the tools and the resources to help pull this young lady up, and even if she helped to pull her up, it’s not going to pull Nicki the fuck down.”

At another point in the same livestream, Tasha, who lost a $4M defamation case against Cardi last year seemed genuinely remorseful for her past actions and hoped the hostility between them might soon subside.

“I hit [Cardi] today, and this is what I said to her,” she said. “That caricature of the brand she has is not the one that parents those kids. You could tell a lot about a person by how they parent their kids. […] I started this platform to keep people out of depression, and I misuse it a lot.”

Tasha also alluded to being part of a machine that “tore Cardi down” while hinting at the rapper’s recent tweets about suicidal ideation. In response, the “Bodak Yellow” spitter seemed to soften up her stance as well.

“It don’t make me happy seeing somebody else going through some shit,” Cardi said on Twitter Spaces that same day, in what appeared to be a direct response to Tasha’s comments. “It don’t make me happy seeing people with tears on their face. And I’m not telling this because I want y’all thinking, ‘Oh Cardi, you’re so nice,’ this and that. It just genuinely doesn’t make me happy.”

She continued: “I’m gonna talk to my mom tomorrow because, let me tell you something, I could tell when somebody is depressed. I can tell when somebody is going through some shit and I can tell when somebody just feels like they don’t have nobody to talk to.”
