Rick Ross‘s Promise Land mansion is so large he doesn’t even remember the exact number of rooms it has, even after almost a decade living there.
In a video posted to his Instagram Stories this week, the MMG mogul showcased his sprawling Georgia estate while admitting he has never bothered to count how many rooms it boasts.

“55,000 square feet when I bought it. It was on 280 acres and then I bought an additional 89 acres that was on sale on the backside,” Rozay said.
“They say it’s so many bedrooms and rooms and all that. I’m not sure because I’ve never counted all of them rooms. I doubt if anybody ever has, there’s too many!”
Rick Ross’ home actually has 109 rooms — or at least that’s how many it had when he purchased it from boxing legend Evander Holyfield back in 2014. Since then, the property has not only served as a beautiful home for the Miami rapper, but a lucrative source of income.
In a 2021 interview on Shannon Sharpe’s Club Shay Shay podcast, Ross detailed the shrewd negotiation tactics he used to tax a movie studio that wanted to rent out his mansion to film scenes for the Eddie Murphy movie Coming 2 America.

“When I go and sit down in meetings, the first thing I let them know is what excites me — and nine times out of 10, it’s a dollar figure,” he said.
“I done threw a number out there, they moved a little slow and I went up on the number and they met me there … I said, ‘This is a huge production. I understand what you guys need… that’s $2.5 M’s. Yeah, $2.5 million.'”
He added: “They moved a lil’ slow [but] we tapped out at $2.75 [million], baby. It’s just like playing chess: you gotta make some good moves, but save your best.”
Rick Ross is currently gearing up to throw his second annual car show at the Promise Land on June 3, and has been using the property to aid him in his feud against DJ Envy, who recently hosted a car show of his own in Memphis and has another scheduled in Houston later this month.
After light jabs were exchanged between the pair, things quickly became personal when Rozay dragged Envy’s family into the beef, requesting he and his girlfriend and children clean his outdoor swimming pool.

“DJ Envy, you just gave me a good idea. I just told the people who are coming to clean up my pool to hold on ’cause I said Envy and his seven sons can come over here, y’all can handle this pool for the pool party, July 2nd,” he taunted in an Instagram Story video.
“And Envy, out of respect and love for you, that part of the pool, I’m saving that just for yo girlfriend and her lil’ baddies. DJ Envious, you just started a pool cleaning service. ‘Cause you got a job, you work. I’m kinda confused — you talking to a boss and you got a job that you gotta report to. Don’t get fired by that white man!”
