Rick Ross, Fat Joe and The LOX have joined forces to provide the soundtrack to the forthcoming NBA playoffs with the aptly-titled “The Game” — check it out below.
Sponsored by the sports gambling company DraftKings, “The Game” arrived on Wednesday (April 12) with the play-in tournament in full swing. The rap titans put their love of basketball on wax with many of the hard-hitting bars being hoops-inspired.

Fat Joe, whose beloved New York Knicks are gearing up to take on the Cleveland Cavaliers in the opening round of the NBA playoffs, recently called out “bandwagon” Brooklyn Nets fans for jump ship and join the orange and blue.
“My Knicks? Phenomenal,” he said on Instagram in late March. “Hottest team in the NBA. What’s up? [Jalen] Brunson back, we beat The Joker. You gotta stop,” Joe said. “Look, do me a favor, fake people. All of a sudden, I’m driving around New York, and I’m seeing Knick jackets, Knick hats, they coming up to me, ‘Yeah, brother, let’s go Knicks!’
“No, you is Brooklyn. You know how you on Instagram and get them fake little ads now, ‘Yo Brooklyn Nets fans?’ My, how the tables have turned!”
Don’t be surprised to see the Terror Squad frontman courtside when the series switches to NYC and comes to Madison Square Garden later this month.

Rick Ross’ hometown Miami Heat, meanwhile, suffered a 116-105 loss to the Atlanta Hawks in the first game of the AT&T Play-In Tournament on Tuesday (April 11). They will now face either the Toronto Raptors or the Chicago Bulls on Friday (April 14) to clinch the eighth and final playoff spot in the East.
