Diddy deserves a “public whipping” for his brutal assault of Cassie, according to Ray J.
Speaking to Shannon Sharpe for a lengthy chat on his Club Shay Shay podcast, the R&B singer addressed the various allegations made against Puffy, as well as the leaked footage of him attacking Cassie in a hotel in 2016.

“Everybody messes up, but we can’t be cool after that,” he told the NFL legend. “It’s unforgiveable, it’s too much. Never being able to be around us and our world ’cause we don’t condone that is definitely a fact.”
He added: “There’s no room for that in this world that we’ve been working hard to get to […] That’s fucking unacceptable. I’ve never ever seen nothing like that in my life.”

The “One Wish” hitmaker also vowed to never be friendly towards Diddy again and claimed that receiving a thousand lashes in public would be a fitting punishment for his conduct.
“Bare knuckles, you know what I’m saying? The homie need a public whipping. It’s the only way it’s gonna be right […] 100 lashes […] 1,000 lashes,” he said. “That would help.”
Ray J also showed support for Cassie, saying: “You are strong. I’m sorry for everything that you encountered. I’ve been around you, I’ve been around y’all. I never knew and I apologize for even continuing to just be around.”
Dame Dash has also said he’s lost respect for Diddy after watching the video of the Bad Boy Records founder physically assaulting Cassie.
“I know Puff, so it’s very disappointing to see that from someone I consider my peer, someone that I’ve always … showed a certain degree of respect for,” he said on his America Nu Network. “You can’t unsee that, and it’s a really a shame.
“I got daughters … If that were something I were to see happening to my daughter — Puff, he’s dead. Again, I’d go do the time or try to figure out how not to have to go do the time, but I don’t think I could handle … any man touching or doing any kind of violence to my daughter.
“I saw the apology and I wondered, he has daughters. If I were to ask him a question, I’d ask, ‘What would you do if you saw a dude do that to your daughters? What should that person’s punishment be? Because that’s what yours should be.’”

He added: “What’s problematic in a big way in the apology … Logically he’d already denied all that stuff … Now, because it came out, he’s saying sorry … Now it’s hard to believe anything else he says, and it’s hard not to believe anything Cassie’s alleging in the lawsuit.
“My issue is, anyone that knew that was going on that still work for that man is also a piece of shit. If you was watching that man abuse women … and just because of a check you helped cover it up? You deserve also what he gets or the buckshot of his karma.”
