Quavo and Offset have made further gains in repairing their relationship after the untimely passing of Rich Homie Quan.

The two Migos stars have had a fractured relationship since 2022, with Quavo previously alluding to disloyalty on Offset’s part and the death of TakeOff complicating things further.

While the former groupmates have seemingly been making steps to mend fences in recent months, it appears that the sudden death of fellow Atlanta rapper Rich Homie Quan on Thursday (September 5) has inspired them to hash things out for good.

Following the tragic news, Quavo posted a number of throwback pictures of the Migos with Quan on his Instagram Stories.

He then followed up with some positive news, writing: “Good convo with my bro @offsetyrn [link emoji] [praying hands emoji].”

While things between the “Bad and Boujee” hitmakers have been complicated in recent years, both Offset and Quavo have denied they were beefing.

In April, Offset wished Quavo a happy birthday on Instagram, writing: “Happy gday my brother @quavohuncho love you 4L.”

It was also rumored that the rappers got into a fight backstage at the 2023 Grammy Awards, though Offset denied the rumors and wrote on X (then Twitter): “What tf look like fighting my brother yal n-ggas is crazy.”

He also appeared on The Breakfast Club and again stressed that there were no issues between him and Quavo: “That’s my brother at the end of the day. But we good, though. We were just with each other in Paris. We be talking ’cause we be going through little emotions with this shit, and it don’t be for the public.

“That’s the thing. When it’s like this, everything ain’t for the public to be key-keying and everybody want us to be, but we still gotta move in our own worlds. But it’s all love at the end of the day, we lost a brother, we can’t rock out.”

For his part, Quavo told Million Dollaz Worth of Game: “I don’t feel like I owe it to people to show how much me and bro love each other … We went through something. We don’t have to show you n-ggas smiles and faces, so stop doing that.
