Quavo has revealed that he’s not here for Offset and Cardi B‘s marital shenanigans playing out in the public eye.
The ex-Migos rapper took to Twitter on Saturday (December 16) to call out his longtime friend and his estranged wife, appearing to take shots at the pair’s increasingly growing discord.

“nephew ain’t with the soap opera,” he said. “LONG LIVE ROCKET [rocket emoji] [praying hands emoji]. Pray for y’all though. [infinity emojis]”
While fans quickly caught Quavo’s jab at the couple, it was also made in response to tweets by Cardi’s fans, who seemed to pull the late Takeoff into their newfound disdain for Offset.

The latter also took a moment to address the disrespect online, writing: “Fan wishing death on takeoff is crazy yal lil ass better chill.”
Noticing that his inital tweet was being misconstrued, Offset added for clarity: “Correction: Fans using Takeoff’s name in the middle of all this isn’t cool. I’m still grieving my brother, and would like for his name to not be brought up.”
The discord between Offset and his wife came to a head last week when Blueface accused him of having slept with Chrisean Rock in November — allegations the Migos rapper quickly denied.
Shortly after, Cardi B stated that while she doesn’t believe the claims her husband slept with the reality star, she took the drama as “as a sign” from the universe that it’s time for her to move on.

“I’ve been single for a minute now,” she said on Instagram Live. “I know today has been an eventful day. I don’t pay mind to none of that. I don’t care about none of that. I don’t know if y’all been getting clues from me from my Lives, from my Stories, when I put certain music [up] or from my unfollowings.
“When it comes to today’s events, I don’t think it’s true. I don’t care to find out because I’ve been single for a minute now. I have been afraid to — not afraid — I just don’t know how to tell the world. But I feel like today has been a sign.”

She continued: “The last time I got on Live, I kinda wanted to tell you guys, but I didn’t know how to tell you so I changed my mind. But it has been like this for a minute now.
“I want to start 2024 fresh, open. I’m curious for a new life, for a new beginning. And yeah, I’m excited! New look, new life, new everything […] I’ve been going so hard for 2024 to go directly as I want it to. I feel like in 2017 I was single, and that’s when I worked the hardest.”
Things took a turn on Friday (December 15), however, when the “Bongos” rapper took to X (formerly Twitter) to issue her soon-to-be ex-husband a tongue-lashing.
“@OffsetYRN you a b-tch ass n-kkaa …and trust me imma f-ckin take it there!” she fired off in her initial tweet.

“Mufukas will try you when you at ya lowest and your most vulnerable time.. you out here feeling yourself but trust me the tables turn,” she added in a separate post.
Cardi later went on Instagram Live and unloaded on Offset some more, accusing him of doing her “dirty” and failing to show gratitude for her “help.”

“I really, really don’t like doing the internet shit, but the sad shit is — stop calling me,” she vented. “‘Cause you will fucking talk to a n-gga and a muthafucka will play in your fucking face over and over and over again and still be like, ‘Watch what I’m about to do, watch what I’m about to say.’
“And it’s so fucking sad that a n-gga like to play games with me when I’m at my most vulnerable time, when I’m not the most confident. They like to play games with me because he knows I’m not an easy girl. Yesterday, I could have been out, I could have been chilling, I could have been this and that.”

She added: “He knows I’m in my house, he knows I’m not doing the most and I’ve really been sparing you. You’ve been fucking feeling yourself because of your album and shit and you’ve really been doing me dirty after so many fucking years that I helped your ass, not even a fucking thank you that I got.
“And it’s so crazy that I gotta go the fucking internet because whenever the fuck I tell you somethingyou don’t take shit seriously,” Cardi concluded. “And I’m so tired of it! I’m so fucking tired of this [expletives]!”
