Pusha T has been hinting at hooking up with DJ Drama for his very first Gangsta Grillz mixtape.

Pusha has also said: “I’m working on a special mixtape. To have the fun I want to have. What I’m trying to do is restore the feeling in every aspect of this subgenre of music. And just of this cloth, of this taste level.

“I’m just trying to make people realize how viable this is. To show people that I can’t do what you do, but you definitely can’t do what I do. I have to show those differences. That’s the whole premise behind the mixtape.”

However, the mixtape has yet to materialize and a cryptic post from Drama led to speculation that the project might have been scrapped.

In a recent interview with Complex, King Push said: “There’s been a lot of work happening in Paris here lately, and it ain’t just fashion. People have been seeing Clipse and seeing myself walking fashion shows and I’ve been in Paris a lot here lately.

“But it ain’t been all fashion. I will say that much. I would 100% bet that you’re going to get new music from one of those entities that you just named. It’s going to be a win-win situation.”
