Despite Pharrell Williams recently becoming a stakeholder in the world of fashion, he’s still making music — and apparently he has three full-length albums sitting in the vault.
On Tuesday (August 15), GQ published a cover story on the Virginia native’s life as the creative director of Louis Vuitton’s menswear. In exploring his vision, Noah Johnson also revealed an exciting piece of news that fans might not have expected considering Williams’ new responsibilities.

“When I was there in June, he told me he had finished three albums’ worth of music since arriving in Paris, all produced right there at LV,” Johnson wrote.
“I go back and forth between music and clothes,” the Neptunes producer told him. “Songs and shoes, accessories and harmonies. And it’s one fluid thing.”
Last month, Travis Scott took his briefcase game to another level after flexing Pharrell’s six-figure Louis Vuitton trunk. In mid-July, La Flame took to his Instagram Story to show off the monogram Billionaire Boys Club trunk peppered with rainbow-flavored LV logos.
A Travis Scott fan page connected the colorful trunk to one that was sold during Pharrell’s Joopiter auction in the fall, which ended up going for $121,250.
P ended up selling off two decades worth of sneakers, jewelry and clothing for over $5million. Scott wasn’t the only possible buyer from the rap game as Drake was spotted rocking one of P’s Jacob and Co. chains.
While the 6 God was vacationing in Saint Barths in January, he was photographed wearing Pharrell’s double skateboard pendant chain. The double skateboard netted $103,750 at the auction and it appears Drake was the lucky buyer — which he later alluded to on a track dissing Pusha T and Pharrell.

Other rare items sold from Pharrell’s closet included a “Women’s Rights” embroidered motorcycle jacket, a gold-and-diamond encrusted G-Shock watch, and a few pendants. The hitmaker said he had “11 different storage units” overflowing with garments.
