Paul Wall appears set for a busy 2024 as Metro Boomin recently revealed they had been recording together.
The producer wrote on X earlier this month: “just sent @paulwall some heaters,” revealing he sent him 15 beats before repeatedly praising the Southern rap legend.
“Paul Wall’s verse on drive slow is one of my all time favorite moments in music,” Metro wrote, adding: “shoutout to Paul man 1 of the coolest guys you will ever meet.”
The “Sittin Sidewayz” rapper released his latest album, The Great Wall, in December 2023 which featured a collaboration with fellow legend Bun B.

Wall also recently called for a remix of André 3000’s New Blue Sun album which was entirely instrumental and based around the OutKast legend’s playing of the flute.
He wrote on X last year: “Does anybody have a screwed and chopped version of Andre 3000 flute album? I need that asap for the slab.”
