Outlawz rapper Napoleon believes that the police have no true vested interest in solving 2Pac’s murder.
In a recent sit-down interview with The Art of Dialogue, ‘Pac’s former protégé spoke about the alleged hesitation and lack of concern toward finding the West Coast rap legend’s killer and closing the case.

“If they truly, really want to solve the [2Pac] murder, they would’ve done it years ago,” he said. “Unfortunately, the government, I don’t even think they really care about solving the death of [2Pac], the murder of [2Pac]. The government, from the time I met [2Pac], until the time that he died, he was always at odds with law enforcement.”
He continued: “He shot two off-duty police. You know, police is like a gang in America, we know that. In Los Angeles, they did some investigation where they found out that there is cliques within the LAPD. It’s crazy.

“The police is like a gang in the whole U.S.A. You do something against their so-called ‘brothers in blue,’ and whether it’s in Atlanta, you on the radar for all the police across America.
“They didn’t really like [2Pac] because of that. Therefore, when [2Pac] died, you think they really cared about solving his murder? To them, it was like, ‘Okay, we got rid of him.'”
2Pac’s long-dormant murder investigation unexpectedly kicked back into life last month when bullets were found at the home of Duane “Keefe D” Davis during a police search.
According to the Daily Mirror, Las Vegas police recovered several .40 caliber bullets while executing a search warrant at the Henderson, Nevada residence, which belongs to Keefe D’s wife, Paula Clemons.

A Vegas police source said the bullets will undergo forensic testing “to determine if they have any link to the bullets found in 2Pac’s body or on the scene of the homicide.”
A former member of the South Side Compton Crips, Keefe D is the uncle of ‘Pac’s alleged killer, Orlando Anderson, and has admitted on more than one occasion to playing a role in the rapper’s 1996 murder.
As for whether or not the U.S. government had any involvement in 2Pac’s death, the “California Love” hitmaker’s biological father Billy Garland claimed that his son’s demise was allegedly arranged by the government and said he knew for a “fact” that he was being tailed by the feds prior to his death.
Garland told The Art of Dialogue that he was aware Keefe D had confessed that he was present when his nephew allegedly fired the fatal shots at ‘Pac, and said the real culprit was the government for cutting Keefe a deal.

“Well, I think the key question there is the government,” Garland said. “The government gave him the deal. [2Pac] was being tailed by the government the night of his assassination. He was being tailed by the government while in the studio — that’s a known fact.”
He added: “So I don’t know this guy Keefe, I don’t know. Maybe he had to say that to get out of some issue, I don’t know. I just know it looked like a set up to me. Somebody told this guy to stand there with the Death Row thing and it pursued to what we had, but I don’t think [Orlando Anderson] had anything to do with the death of my son…not at all.”
