Offset canceled his appearance on Kai Cenat’s “jail” stream, and fans think they know the reason why.

The popular Twitch streamer recently announced that he would be “spending seven days in jail on stream 24/7” with “cameras on at all times.”

The Migos rapper was set to appear on Cenat’s week-long livestream alongside other celebrities such as NLE Choppa, Chrisean Rock and Druski.

However, the day that Offset was supposed to join the stream came and went without him showing up.

“Offset was scheduled to come in today,” Kai Cenat told viewers earlier this week. “He pulled out last minute. He told me that he was gon’ do it today. Pulled out last minute.”

After his announcement, footage resurfaced of Kai Cenat livestreaming himself listening to Offset’s new album Set It Off, during which he expressed disappointment about several songs.

While running through the project, Cenat called one song “mid” and admitted he “didn’t like” another. He also said, “I don’t know, bro” while listening to another song, struggling to hide his true feelings.

This led fans to speculate that Offset bailed on Kai Cenat’s jail stream due to his not-so-positive comments about his new album.

“N-gga called his shit mid [of course] he ain’t gonna show up,” one Instagram user wrote, while another said: “Rappers starting to show that they can’t take criticism from they friends.”

However, others suggested that Offset’s cancelation may have been because he was “triggered” by the jail-like setting of Kai’s stream considering he’s spent time behind bars.

“Don’t blame him because this whole jail setup is triggering af for the people who have actually experienced it,” someone else chimed in. “Its not funny if you’ve actually done time.”

The pair’s relationship was positive just a few months ago, with Offset stopping by Kai Cenat’s studio for a 24-hour Twitch stream in September.

The Atlanta rapper confronted his fear of snakes when a guest who rescues exotic animals entered the room and pulled out different snakes that were several feet long.

Set was visibly uncomfortable and made sure to keep his distance, while other guests on the stream allowed the reptiles to wrap themselves around them.

However, he eventually mustered the courage to reluctantly pet one of the snakes while one of the handlers had the head of the animal secured.
