N.O.R.E. has used his career as a media personality to elevate other Hip Hop artists, and he most recently expressed his gratitude for GZA.

Last week, the Queens rapper chopped it up with the Wu-Tang Clan after their performance in Paris, France. In recently surfaced footage of the interaction, N.O.R.E. is seen greeting members of the Staten Island group.

The clip shows the rapper-turned-podcaster backstage with RZA, GZA and U-God. As he daps up each Wu member, he extends an offer to host two of them on his podcast, Drink Champs.

“Godammit, I need ya’ll both on the show,” he tells GZA and U-God, before singling out The Genius and telling him: “I gotta give you your flowers. Come see me, man, by yourself.”

Not wanting to leave U-God out, N.O.R.E. hugs the Wu-Tang rhymer and says: “And you, too. We gon’ give you your flowers, man.”

When RZA walks over, N.O.R.E. embraces him and lets him know he was there to “show ya’ll love.” He also made the signature Bobby Digital sound, “Bong bong!” Check out their interaction below.

On the same night, the Drink Champs host also surprised the show’s co-headliner, Nas. The brotherly interaction between the two artists was captured and uploaded to social media. In the video, Nas can be seen swiftly leaving the stage and upon walking backstage, he and N.O.R.E. slap hands and greet each other with a hug.

N.O.R.E. has continued to give Nas his flowers and let him know the impact he’s had on his artistry as of late. He recently revealed that his most surreal Drink Champs episode was when he interviewed Escobar.

Another artist N.O.R.E. has shown love to in recent weeks is the late Big Pun. Amazon released its new mini-doc Hip-Hop X Siempreearlier this month, which explores the intersection between Latin culture and Hip Hop, with a handful of veterans talking about its history and current state.

During a somber moment in the film, N.O.R.E. tearfully remembers his late friend and collaborator — and the first solo Latin rapper ever to go platinum — who sadly passed away in 2000 at the age of 28.
