Nicki Minaj has continued her online tirade against JAY-Z, most recently bringing renowned music business executive Steve Stoute into their beef.

On Friday night (September 21), the Queens superstar took to X (formerly Twitter) with an extended rant aimed at both men, though she mostly avoided addressing them by name.

She started out with a new tweet about the aftermath of the sale of TIDAL, affirming once again that she did profit from the transfer of ownership.

“I received a call advising tidal was sold & they made no money on the deal so all they could offer me was a million dollars. [crying laughing emojis, money bag emoji] but wait, there’s more! The lawyer advised that Desirat advised him that I HAD TO SIGN THE AGREEMENT IN 24 HOURS IF I WANTED THE 1MM or the ‘offer’ Listen to the end of “Fractions” for what my response was.”

“Desirat” presumably refers to Roc Nation’s Chief Operating Officer Desiree Perez.

Nicki continued: “So Barbz, thank you for supporting something I was a part of. I love you. But I was scammed & offered a million dollars to be silenced. I declined. The grace of God is sufficient. I didn’t need their hush money. #GagCityLosAngeles TONIGHT & TMRW NIGHT! My documentary was also…”

The “FTCU” rapper then reshared a post from The Shade Room reporting on the alleged $8.9 million payout to TIDAL co-owners including Beyoncé, Rihanna and Kanye West, to which she added: “lol. Word. One of the blogs that they ‘reportedly’ have lots of control of. Why is my photo there? Oh. ‘Reportedly’ huh? Lol yall im rlly laughing @ how ppl who aren’t rlly smart always believe they are out smarting smart ppl. No, it’s just that we know karma spins. It rlly spins”

A later tweet from Nicki read: “Every day a new man pushing 60 years of age gets fingered in the bussy then made to come on this internet & lie on me. God is in control. Bookmark this. I’d advise yall to never mention my name again.”

She followed that up with a repost of a fan’s tweet which compared Steve Stoute’s claim that Minaj missed out on her payment from TIDAL because she failed to sign a contract, to a clip from Cam’ron & Ma$e‘s show It Is What It Is in which they discussed a contract they allegedly failed to sign to participate the recent Fanatics Fest event in New York.

Along with the repost, Nicki added: “1st time hearing about this. All allegedly tho.”

She continued in a separate tweet: “They gotta keep the conversation on me so that no one asks about these charges against their BFF. I mean it seems the 30 year old tea here is FAR from stale. Patterns. Yet. SAS, UGLY ALIEN, STOUT, dick breath, etc all talking about Onika ? Why they talking bout Oniqua?!?!?!

Undercover men are always aggravated with women b/c THEY have decided that they can’t live in THEIR truth. Therefore women who have done nothing wrong to them are made to pay. For simply existing. Fix it JESUS. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.”

In a slightly more direct attack, Nicki Minaj wrote: “Dear Short & stout DIK, laffy taffy alien, DIK bref, SAS, we want to know if u were present during abuse of teenagers & children. That’s what we wanna know. You can’t taste my pussy. Stop. Aaliyah, Foxy, etc. during R. Kelly videos shoots & stuff?? Did u know about the abuse to Kim porter & Cassie?

“Yall seemed to always run in a sorta… RAT PACK. So that’s what we the ppl want you & your peeps to speak on. Ugly. Bald head bowling ball bitch. U n-ghaz don’t have this energy for gangsters in person. Only for btchs on the internet.”

She concluded: If any of those 4 cunts I named would like to shoot the fair one w/a GANGSTER I’ll run the winner of the fight 10 million dollars. Until then, watch that karma spin. 25 MEN spoke out but these [clown emoji] only talking about me. Every single day. That’s how I KNOW I WIN.”

Since hitting out at JAY-Z over the choice of Kendrick Lamar as the Apple Music Halftime Show performer for Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans over hometown hero Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj has continued to air her grievances against the Roc Nation founder.

Most recently, she claimed she has never received any money from his former streaming platform, TIDAL.

The Young Money rapper was one of several big-name musicians who helped Hov launch the streaming platform at a star-studded press conference nine years ago alongside the likes of Kanye West, Rihanna, Beyoncé, J. Cole and Usher.

The 16-strong group were introduced as co-owners of the company, with each artist reportedly receiving three percent in equity in exchange for providing exclusive content to TIDAL that would help increase subscriber numbers.

JAY-Z later sold his majority stake in the company to Jack Dorsey’s Square, Inc. (now Block, Inc.) for a reported $302 million.

According to Nicki, however, she has yet to see a dime from her partnership with TIDAL.

In response to a fan comment on Akademiks‘ TikTok page claiming that each artist stakeholder “got paid” from the deal, she wrote: “I didn’t even get one red penny when no one promoted it more than me outside of Beyoncé. lol chi.”

It was reported by The Guardian at the time of the sale that “TIDAL’s superstar co-owners […] will retain their stakes and become the second largest shareholders.”

However, conflicting reports claimed that each artist received almost $9 million from the deal, despite not selling their stakes.

In an explosive social media rant earlier this month, she subliminally accused the rap mogul of denying Lil Wayne next year’s Super Bowl halftime show in his hometown of New Orleans over personal grievances.
