Mustard and his now-ex-wife Chanel Thierry have been going through a nasty divorce for over a year, and things just got even nastier.
On Thursday (November 30), Chanel vented about her ex on Threads, insinuating that he had declined her request to see their three children during the upcoming holidays.

“Imagine not allowing a mother to see her kids on Christmas for the second year in the row is NASTY WORK,” she wrote. “Especially after they already expected to see her. Some of these men are more bitter then they appear. A true [clown emoji]. Bitter at this point is a understatement.”
She continued: “The irony of all of this is because your controlling ass couldn’t stand that TikTok and had to punish me some way some form. SICK IN THE HEAD ! A jealous BD ain’t nothing to under estimate. Mind yall I just told my mom. ‘My bday coming up, watch he gonna do his big one to rain on my parade’ typical jealous behavior.”
The former couple have been in the news a lot as of late as their split continues to play out. In October, Thierry hit out at Mustard for allegedly labeling her an “abusive” and “hostile” co-parent. She also threatened to expose the “pounds of dirt” she has on him if he continues to act up.
“Imagine a man leaving you after 11 years, less then a year later moving his gf into the home y’all custom built for your family, playing house with your kids then turning around and trying to paint a picture like you are a unfit parent to get custody,” she said in her first Thread. “I’m truly flabbergasted.”

In another, she added: “Playing with me like I don’t have POUNDS of dirt on you is WILD.”
Days later, Mustard hit her with a demand for $10k, alleging she was “harassing” him with subpoenas to dig through his financial records.

The producer alleged that Chanel partnered with five different third parties to file subpoenas looking for financial information dating back to 2016 — which was before their marriage and irrelevant to their divorce proceedings.
Mustard believes the financial issues that might arise in his divorce should already be resolved due to the prenuptial agreement that was signed at the time of their wedding in 2020.
The 10 Summers Records boss — who shares three children with Chanel and had been with her for over a decade before their marriage — filed for divorce in 2022.
Finances became a point of contention in the divorce proceedings when Chanel hired a private investigator who alleged that Mustard pulled in about $623,000 per month and believed he could be paying more than the $82,000 monthly stipend she requested in court.

Mustard’s legal team pushed back against Chanel’s figures and claimed that the monthly income is actually much lower around $245,000.
They recommended a child support payment of $23,000 per month which would be “sufficient to meet the needs of the children at the lifestyle to which they are accustomed.”

A judge ruled that the parents would share joint custody of the children and have Mustard fork over $24,500 in monthly child support payments.
