According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, LeMaistre is seeking unspecified damages for the pain and anguish she suffered as a result of the alleged attack.

In the lawsuit, LeMaistre claims she was invited to Metro’s studio in September 2016 after hitting it off with the producer earlier that year while she was grieving the death of her nine-month-old son.

At the studio, the woman says she witnessed Metro take a large amount of codeine against the warning of his friends. Looking to numb the pain of losing her child, LeMaistre took half a tablet of Xanax and a shot of alcohol herself.

She claims the combination of the two substances caused her to pass out on a couch.

LeMaistre alleges that she later woke up to find Metro raping her and performing oral sex on her on a bed in a hotel in Beverly Hills, and that she did not know how she ended up there.

The woman adds that as a result of the assault she became pregnant and that she had no other sexual partners during this time.

In a statement, lawyer Lawrence Hinkle II said: “This is a pure shakedown. These are false accusations. Mr. Wayne refused to pay her months ago, and he refuses to pay her now. Mr. Wayne will defend himself in court.”

He added that Metro intends to pursue legal action against LeMaistre for the alleged false claims: “He will file a claim for malicious prosecution once he prevails.”
