She also posted the album’s cover art which depicts a naked Megan inside a cocoon and hanging upside with a giant “M” embossed over the artwork.
Earlier in the evening, Megan gave fans in attendance at her Hot Girl Summer Tour stop in Atlanta the exclusive on the album announcement, and unveiled a QR code that allowed the sold-out crowd to pre-save the project.
Megan will be the first album from Tina Snow since Tory Lanez was convicted of shooting her in the feet in July 2020.
While Lanez has continued to maintain his innocence, he was sentenced to 10 years in prison last summer.

Megan will also be releasing the album through her own Hot Girl imprint in partnership with Warner Music Group.
The deal, which was announced in December, allows the 29-year-old to own her master recordings and have complete creative control while using WMG’s distribution and marketing infrastructure.

Megan was previously signed to 1501 Certified Ent. but “amicably” departed the label last fall following a bitter legal battle over money and contract terms.
Celebrating her hard-fought independence, she said at the time: “I have no label right now. We’re doing everything funded straight out of Megan Thee Stallion’s pocket. The next shit y’all about to see about to be all straight from Megan Thee Stallion brain’s [and] wallet.”
She continued: “I’m so excited to be doing something for the first time independent, since it was just me and my mama. I don’t wanna sign to a new label right now because I just wanna do it myself.”
Megan Thee Stallion has released a handful of singles from Megan so far, all of which follow a snake theme: “Cobra,”“Hiss” and “BOA.”

In a recent interview with L’Officiel, she explained: “We started with the snake because, first of all, I love snakes, but I feel like snakes are so misunderstood, especially in Western culture. Snakes represent rebirth, spirituality.
“I’m not someone who says, ‘Oh my God, sunshine and happiness.’ I like darker things. I like things that are a little scary. I like unique things. I chose the snake because… it’s a kind of anti-hero.”

She added: “We don’t just stop at the snake. It’s what everyone sees right now. Renewal, rebirth — that’s the whole concept of the album.”
