Mary J. Blige has a new album on the way, and it will be followed by a tour so fans can hear the music live.

During an appearance on The Sherri Show on Monday (September 23), the legendary singer revealed her new LP Gratitude will arrive on November 15, followed by her For My Fans Tour in January. Ne-Yo and Mario will join her on the latter.

“I mean, look at my life right now. I’m in a constant state of gratitude,” Blige said if of the album title. “I feel good. I have jobs and opportunities. I’m healthy. My family’s healthy. I have people around that care for me and love me. And I have amazing fans. So I’m so grateful to my fans for all the years of love that they have given me, and support.”

In a follow-up Instagram post, she added: “When it’s all said and done, it’s never all said and done, I owe my fans a gratitude I can’t put into words, so I put it into a show. The For My Fans Tour coming soon, see you there.”

Dates have not yet been announced, but fans can sign up for alerts and pre-sale information via Ticketmaster.

Next month, Mary J. Blige and A Tribe Called Quest will be inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame as part of its Class of 2024.

The legendary rap group and iconic R&B singer will also be joined by Ozzy Osbourne, Cher, Dave Matthews Band, Peter Frampton, Foreigner and Kool & The Gang.

Blige reacted to the news on Instagram back in April, writing: “Beyond Grateful!!!!!! This is incredible!!! God always has the final say!!!! Thank you to my fans all over the world!!!! Tears of Joy!!!!”

The esteemed names will be officially inducted on October 19, with the ceremony airing live on ABC and being available to stream on Hulu the following day.

Among those to be nominated for induction this year but did not make the final cut were Mariah Carey, Sade and Eric B & Rakim.

Tribe have previously been nominated twice for the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame — in 2022 and 2023 — and have now gotten in on their third attempt.

They are just the sixth rap group to be inducted into the Hall of Fame after Grandmaster Flash & The Furious Five, Run-DMC, Beastie Boys, Public Enemy and N.W.A.
