Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox have not had the best start to their recently-rekindled romance, as a trip to the OC Fair has proved.
In a video circulating online, the couple can be seen trying to get in line for one of the rides at the famous amusement park in Costa Mesa, CA. While it’s not clear when the video was taken, an eyewitness claimed to Yahoo! that someone tried to punch MGK, though it’s also not clear what prompted that alleged attempted assault.

In the process, the pair’s bodyguard jumped in between the would-be attacker and the happy couple, causing Fox to get smashed into the barricade.
Neither Machine Gun Kelly nor Megan Fox appeared to be seriously injured, as both walked away from the incident unharmed. Check out the video below.
Subsequently, TMZ has released some exclusive footage taken from a different angle, suggesting that Machine Gun Kelly threw the first punch.
While it doesn’t appear that MGK actually swung first, it’s clear that he does square up with the guy for some reason. However, that reason isn’t clear, as it’s difficult to make out the conversation between the two.
Despite the scuffle, MGK and Fox seem to be enjoying their rekindled love affair. On Saturday (July 15), Fox dropped some sexy new pics from a recent photoshoot, and it got a seal of approval from her ogling boyfriend.
“The forest is my oldest friend,” Fox captioned the post.
Giving his stamp of approval in the most MGK way possible, the Cleveland musician commented: “If this is what a wild animal looks like, i’d let it maul me.”

Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox first confirmed their relationship in June of 2020 after sparking dating rumors following the latter’s appearance in MGK’s “Bloody Valentine” music video.
In October of the same year, MGK told NME their whirlwind romance was part of the inspiration for his fifth studio album, which became his first to debut at No. 1 on the Billboard 200.
The pair got engaged in January of 2022, but after a big blowup in February 2023, the engagement is on pause as they work toward a reconciliation.
“They are slowly working on reconciling but he’s totally in the doghouse still,” an alleged friend of the pair told PEOPLE in May. “He’s doing whatever he can to get her back, and she’s making him work for it. It’s still an unhealthy dynamic though, and their friends just don’t see this lasting.”

The friend continued: “He has a lot of proving himself to do, and he doesn’t want to give her up. He is great with her kids and super hands on. It’s a work in progress.”
