Ludacris has shared a story about Justin Timberlake from back when both artists left the Grammy Awards in contrasting moods.
In a Drink Champs interview published on Sunday (February 4), the “Move Bitch” rapper told hosts N.O.R.E. and DJ ENF about pissing off the NSYNC vocalist after celebrating a Grammy win in 2007 for Best Rap Album (Release Therapy).

“I went backstage,” he began. “At this time, they had all the artists separated by curtains, so mothafuckers weren’t in specific rooms. I say that to say I get back and I’m like, ‘Yeah! Fuck yeah! I made it! I did it! I won! I literally set out to get a Grammy and I got it.
“All of a sudden, I hear this voice from the other side of the curtain. They yell, ‘Shut the fuck up! Some of us didn’t win any goddamn Grammys today!’ I pull the curtain back and this n-gga Justin Timberlake is on the other side of that mothafucker.”

Both Timberlake and the “Stand Up” rapper have been making moves in the music game this year.
The 42-year-old singer and dancer is currently gearing up to hit the road for the first time in five years as he prepares to drop his next album this spring.
Last month, he unveiled the itinerary for the Forget Tomorrow World Tour across North America. The 22-date trek commences on April 29 with a show in Vancouver, Canada and concludes on July 9 in Lexington, Kentucky.
Before the concert series kicks off, Timeberlake will release his sixth studio album. Everything I Thought It Was is currently scheduled to drop on March 15, and the project’s first single is out now.

As for Luda, he will be getting his own series on BET that will be inspired by his beginnings in the Hip Hop space.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the currently untitled project is set to be a 30-minute dramedy based on his early career as DJ Chris Lova Lova in Atlanta. The outlet also shared that “the series follows the misadventures of a sharply drawn ensemble who are willing to do anything and everything to bolster ratings at their hip hop radio station.”
Luda is on board as a producer and will also act as the show’s music supervisor.
