Lil Yachty has treated fans to a trifecta of new tracks, but they’ve quickly ruffled the feathers of one of his Atlanta rap peers.
The Concrete Boys capo dropped three new songs by surprise on Sunday (October 20): “Cry Me a River,” “All Around the World” and “We Ball Forever,” each showcasing his continued growth and range.

The latter quickly caught the attention of rapper/producer Curtis Williams, formerly of the ATL rap crew Two-9, who accused Yachty of biting his style — specifically the fisheye lens used in the song’s accompanying music video.
Curtis posted a side-by-side comparison of Yachty’s “We Ball Forever” and a video of his own that he recently shared on Instagram, highlighting the similarities in the way they were shot.

“LMAO COME ON NOW,” he wrote underneath the image along with several crying face emojis.
Curtis also subtly let his feelings be known on Yachty’s Instagram page, leaving several crying face emojis on his post promoting “We Ball Forever.”
Yachty has yet to respond.
The 27-year-old has been involved in a fair amount of controversy of late, including a ghostwriting row with his former artist Karrahbooo.
Yachty put the female MC on blast on Instagram Live in August after she allegedly claimed that she was “bullied” by Concrete Boys and ultimately kicked out out of the group.

He made a number of accusations about his former assistant-turned-artist, including that she was “verbally abusive” towards his bodyguard and that he wrote all of her raps, including her viral On the Radar freestyle.
“You don’t even do nothing! I wrote every fucking verse you’ve done. I dressed you. I gave you that chrome Rolex,” he vented. “You were waiting tables! I changed your muthafucking life! And you on here lying talking about some ‘we bully you’? That shit got me fucked up, bruh!
“I wrote that fucking verse when we went on On the Radar. I put you last on purpose so everyone would say, ‘Who the fuck is that girl?’ … I got the fucking reference.”
Karrahbooo later hit back on her Instagram Stories, writing: “[P]ut it on yo kid i ain’t write these songs miles,” addressing Yachty by his government name while referencing the child he welcomed in 2021.
