Lil Keed‘s posthumous Keed Talk To ‘Em 2 album is out now and the late YSL rapper’s estate shared an ominous visual to accompany project standout “Hitman.”
Directed by Mikey Rare, the menacing clip finds Keed and his crew at an abandoned mansion — that doubles as a trap house — counting up money and toting guns. One scene pays tribute to Keed with a painted hanging portrait of the late rapper.

“My hitman don’t take a day off/ My hitman don’t take a day off,” he repeats on the catchy chorus in his signature gargled warble.

Keed Talk To ‘Em 2 hit streaming services on Friday (March 17) and serves as the Atlanta native’s first posthumous full-length release since his tragic death last May. The LP features assists from friends such as Big Sean, NAV, Young Thug, Offset, Cordae, Lil Gotit and more.
Keed’s mother Tonnie Woods-Reed first announced the album on Instagram in January, and credited it with helping her cope with his passing.
“On May 13, 2022, I lost my son Raqhid Render – who many of you knew as the artist Lil Keed,” she wrote. “While this journey through the different phases of grief has been indescribably hard, a way that I have found to cope is through his music.”
She continued: “As much as he was a great father, son, and friend – he was also an artist who (thanks to many of you) lived and continues to live through his music.”

Lil Keed (born Raqhid Jevon Render) died unexpectedly last May at just 24 years old. He was laid to rest during an emotional ceremony in Atlanta, which was attended by family, friends and loved ones.
While rumors of organ failure swirled around the cause of his death, the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office ruled earlier this year that the YSL affiliate died from natural causes due to eosinophilia, which is defined as “a higher-than-normal level of eosinophils.”
