Lil Baby has confronted the rumors that he appears in a newly-surfaced gay sex tape, dismissing it as the work of “sick” clout-chasers going to extreme lengths to drag his name through the mud.
The Atlanta rapper became a trending topic on X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter, on Sunday (October 22) after an explicit video of a man performing oral sex on another man began circulating.

Some claimed that the man performing the act resembled Baby, while the video itself was plastered by captions that mentioned him by name, such as: “Nooo lil baby [shocked face emojis]” and “Not lil baby getting wild.”
After the graphic footage went viral, sparking a flood of both shocked reactions and jokes at Lil Baby’s expense on social media, the My Turn hitmaker took to his Instagram Stories to set the record straight.

“Y’all gotta stop using my name and likeness when y’all get bored, then the extremes mfs go to for clout is sick [angry face emojis]!! Ain’t no mystery in my history on NO LEVEL,” he wrote.
“This my last time addressing any kind of dumb ass click bait. Tf is wrong wit y’all [facepalm emoji]. No flaws, no cap in my raps.”
This is far from the first time that Lil Baby’s personal life has been at the center of wild rumors. Just earlier this month, he was forced to clear the air after Blueface claimed that he had tried to hook up with his ex-girlfriend and baby mama, Chrisean Rock, during NBA All-Star Weekend back in February.

Before that, an Instagram model came forward in April claiming that the rapper had secretly fathered a child with her. She even posted a copy of alleged paternity test, which was written in Spanish and dated September 20, 2022.
The woman’s claim was quickly debunked, though, with The Neighborhood Talk revealing that she had allegedly Photoshopped the paternity test to show Lil Baby’s name — and that the paternity test wasn’t even hers to begin with.
What’s more, prior to claiming Baby (real name Dominique Jones) was her child’s father, the model claimed she was expecting a baby with fellow rapper Lil Durk. According to The Neighborhood Talk, that turned out to be a lie as well.

Drama aside, Lil Baby has remained busy on the music side in recent months, wrapping up his It’s Only Us Tour in September and delivering guest verses on songs from DJ Khaled (“Supposed To Be Loved”), Ciara (“Forever”) and EST Gee (“I Think”), among others.
He also recently added 10 new gold and platinum plaques from the RIAA (Recording Industry Association of America) to his growing collection, the most notable being a 3x-platinum certification for “In a Minute.”
