Kid Cudi showed up to the Belgian Grand Prix last week to support Lewis Hamilton, and he now claims to be addicted to the sport after witnessing it live for the first time.
On Sunday (July 30), Cudder attended his first Formula 1 event to cheer on the British Mercedes racer. Hamilton finished in fourth place, impressing the 39-year-old rapper immensely.

Kid Cudi seemed excited about the showdown from the moment he arrived at the track, as seen on his social media pages. The Mercedes team appears to have given the “Mr. Rager” hitmaker special access to witness the inner working of Formula 1, which he shared photos and videos of.
He got to observe Hamilton’s race car, which he referred to as his “space craft,” from up close and was also present on the race track after the event was over.
Cudi was in Belgium for the Tomorrowland festival, during which he teased a new song with Steve Aoki which is expected to be featured on his next body of work, Insano.
The Cleveland native got behind the mic alongside Aoki during the latter’s mainstage set on Saturday (July 29).
Footage from the event shows the pair hyping Cudder’s new album and debuting a collaboration titled “Electrowave Baby 2.0.” Soon after the performance, the clip started making the rounds online.
One fan posted the video and captioned it: “Bruh @KiDCuDi is him [three fire emojis] this Shit so dope man [two exclamation-mark emojis] been the goat.”
Cudi reshared the post soon after, writing: “The madnesssssssss!!!!”
Last month, Kid Cudi earned his first ever Emmy nomination for his Netflix special Entergalactic, which will be competing in the Best Animated Program category.
