Kid Cudi is once again in album mode and has teased a new song with Steve Aoki that is expected to be featured on his next body of work.
The Cleveland native made an appearance at Belgium’s Tomorrowland festival over the weekend, where he got behind the mic alongside Steve Aoki during the latter’s mainstage set.

As for his other All-Star collaborations, Cudi appears to have had a change of heart and is once again promising that his on-again, off-again joint album with Travis Scott is still on the way.
After surprising fans with his appearance on “LOOOVE” from Scott’s recently released UTOPIA, he clarified on Friday (July 28) that plans for a full tracklist by the two is once again a prospect.
“Its def happening at some point,” he responded to a Travis Scott fan page that asked about the album’s status. “Dont even trip.”
Fans, however, shouldn’t expect the album to arrive this year as Cudi wants to perfect the project and make sure it’s a “moment for the culture.”

“Hes just dropped,” Kid Cudi replied. “And we need to take the time to get it right. I wanna create a ton of songs and pick the tastiest ones and really make it a moment for the culture. We only get 1 first album, its gotta be the illest. For now, UTOPIA!”
In response to a fan asking about what prompted him to take on the idea once again, he replied: “Me and Trav hadn’t talked about it since the single so years passed and I figured it wasnt happening. And im someone who likes to work when the moment is right and I felt like the moment passed. But then Trav said something publically so I was like well shit I guess we doin it ha talked to him to confirm and he was w it.”
