Kevin Durant is being trolled online after naming one of Drake’s recent LPs as his favorite album of all time.
On Tuesday (February 27), the Phoenix Suns shared a montage of clips in which members of their roster were asked to name one music project that personally resonates with them the most.

Players responded with picks from a wide range of eras, with Bradley Beal naming The Off Season by J. Cole, Josh Okogie going with SLIME SEA2ON by Young Thug, and Damion Lee picking The Black Album and The Blueprint by JAY-Z.
KD’s response, however was: “My favorite album of all time has to be Drake’s CLB [Certified Lover Boy].”

“CLB as your favorite album deserves an NBA fine,” one person wrote under the comments section of a RapTV reshare of the video, while another added: “CLB not even close to Drake’s best album [four crying emojis].”
Going further in on the two-time champion, a social media user replied: “KD never allowed to touch the aux.”
The 2014 MVP has developed a close bond was Drizzy over the years and was even given an A&R credit on the 6 God’s latest project, For All The Dogs.
During the NBA All-Star Weekend media day, he showed his unwavering support for the Canadian superstar, making it clear that he’s always there for his friend whenever needed.
“I’m just there for him whenever Drake wants to talk about life, and he just gave me that title,” he said about the aforementioned album shoutout.
Back in 2022, the “Hotline Bling” hitmaker took to his Instagram Stories to wish KD a very special happy birthday with a post showing the 6’11 forward’s old Myspace page.

The two have maintained a friendship that goes as far back as the rapper and singer namedropping KD on “Weston Road Flows” off his 2016 album, Views.
