Punch continues grilling his former artist by asking: ā€œWhat you doing with these dreamy eyes n-gga???ā€ to which K. Dot jokingly admits: ā€œI couldnā€™t resist.ā€

The TDE boss then says: ā€œMan you gotta let me post this dawg. Iā€™m crying,ā€ to which Kendrick seemingly gave his permission.

Kendrick Lamarā€™s Chanel shoot was photographed by Malick Bodian in January, the same day he attended Chanelā€™s Spring/Summer 2024 fashion show in Paris.

The rapper designed the set for the show alongside longtime creative partner Dave Free.

Kendrickā€™s playful text conversation with Punch is technically the first thing heā€™s said publicly since his high-profile feud with Drake appeared to end earlier this month.

Snoop Dogg recently refused to pick a side in the beef but praised both rappers for putting lyricism at the forefront of their battle.

ā€œWell, the only thing I want to say about that whole scenario is that I want to give both of them a shout out for raising the bar as far as lyrics, as far as song-making and writing because the writing has been upped since the confrontation,ā€ he told Entertainment Tonight.

He added: ā€œThose are my nephews. Iā€™m not in the middle of it. I support both of them and thatā€™s personal business, not my business.ā€
