Kehlani‘s ex-boyfriend Javaughn Young-White has accused the singer of making false rape allegations in their increasingly bitter battle for custody of their daughter.
Just hours after Kehlani was granted a temporary restraining order against Young-White over claims that he was abusive during their relationship, the singer’s ex strongly refuted her allegations.

On his Instagram Stories on Tuesday (August 13), Young-White shared several text messages between him and the “Gangsta” hitmaker which appear to contradict her claim that he smashed through a door in a fit of rage.
Vaughn-White also claimed that Kehlani has a history of making false rape and abuse allegations when relationships fall apart. He accused her of lying about being raped after she was caught cheating on her ex-girlfriend Kiara Russell.

“When she cheated on her last girlfriend Kiara, she alleged the person she was cheating with raped her. Kiara later found out that wasn’t true. She alleges rape and abuse when she has nothing else to cling to,” he wrote over a screenshot of a text message with Kiara.
In a message to Vaughn-White dated July 18, Kiara wrote: “[S]he’s hurt way too many good people n she needs to be held accountable for everything.”
Vaughn-White added in a separate post: “I’ve been lied on and manipulated for years straight and its finally coming to an end. And I’m glad it’s finally out in the open for everyone to see piece by piece what it looks like. I have evidence for everything. I have always forgiven and come back around because otherwise my daughter is weaponized against me.
“She takes care of all her friends who live off her. I was only ever around for my daughter. The moment I try to leave for good I was retaliated against with violence and anti-Blackness. I ran from this lady multiple times in my life for good reason.”

In legal documents filed on behalf of Kehlani, Young-White allegedly threatened the singer’s safety, consumed lots of drugs and posed a danger to their child when under the influence.
A judge granted Kehlani a temporary restraining order against Young-White, banning him from coming within 100 yards of her and their child until a hearing next month.
Kehlani has since denied leaking the court documents to TMZ, writing on her Instagram Stories: “I did not make a statement nor did I go to TMZ about my business.”
Young-White had previously accused Kehlani of being a member of a cult ran by an alleged sexual predator as part of a custody filing, though he later walked back the claims and changed his legal counsel.

Kehlani also denied putting their child in harm’s way through her involvement in Santeria, the Afro-Caribbean religion that combines elements from Yoruba, Roman Catholicism and Spiritism.
