The video montage is made up of eerie and mystical imagery, from gimp suits to masonic gowns to vultures, and is soundtracked by an alternate version of the title track produced by Mobb Deep’s Havoc.
It’s also revealed in the trailer that Vultures has now been broken up into three volumes, each of which will be released approximately one month apart: Volume 1 on February 9, Volume 2 on March 8 and Volume 3 on April 5.
Last week, Ye and Ty delayed the album just days before its previously scheduled release date of January 19.
Prior to that, the Chicago superstar’s longtime collaborator Malik Yusef shed light on the hold-up behind the project.

In early January, he posted a photo on Instagram of the R&B singer in the studio and revealed that he was re-recording all of his parts.
One fan asked in the comments section: “what song is he recording for?” to which Yusef replied: “All of em.”
When the same person followed-up by asking if the California native was “redoing verses or making new ones?” the artist and poet answered: “both.”
Considering that Kanye and Ty Dolla went back to the studio after previously sharing the tracklist, it’s possible that they’ve since cooked up more tracks together, which might explain why Vultures has been split into multiple installments.

Despite the many delays, the pair have previewed plenty of material from the project. Most recently, they shared a new song called “Unlock” via Chicago’s Power 92 radio.
Before that, they held two listening parties, during which they played unreleased collaborations with Nicki Minaj, Lil Wayne, Freddie Gibbs, Lil Baby, Kid Cudi, Kanye’s daughter North West and more.
