Kanye West is known to have high standards when it comes to music, fashion and design, but it appears that also applies to which pen he uses to sign autographs with.
A viral video surfaced on Monday (February 26) West making his way to what appeared to be a hotel in Paris as fans waited outside to greet him.

A young woman can be seen politely asking the Chicago rap icon to sign a piece of paper when he asks her for a pen.
When the girl tells him she has a pen for him, Kanye initially refuses her autograph request due to his dislike of its design.

“Y’all gonna make me hold a bunny pen, huh?” he says half jokingly, prompting laughs from the small crowd.
Showing he’s serious, he then asks: “Nobody else got another pen?”
Luckily for the fan, somebody else hands Kanye a different pen and the young girl walks away with an autograph.
Kanye West has been busy in Europe in recent weeks having performed a series of shows in Italy and France promoting his latest album Vultures 1.

Earlier this week, Ye was again criticized by Ozzy Osbourne for his antisemitic comments after the Black Sabbath legend refused to let the rapper use a sample of “Iron Man” on Vultures 1.
Osbourne said of West: “With the current state of affairs, you don’t need anybody starting people on discrimination of any kind. It’s wrong. It’s just wrong.”

He added: “There’s enough fucking aggravation, and he shouldn’t say anything [like what he has]. It’s wrong if you don’t say anything about him. I don’t want any of my work in any shape or form to be associated with anything like that.”
Before the album’s release, Osbourne publicly denied Kanye’s sample request and slammed his antisemitic comments.
“@KANYEWEST ASKED PERMISSION TO SAMPLE A SECTION OF A 1983 LIVE PERFORMANCE OF ‘IRON MAN’ FROM THE US FESTIVAL WITHOUT VOCALS & WAS REFUSED PERMISSION BECAUSE HE IS AN ANTISEMITE AND HAS CAUSED UNTOLD HEARTACHE TO MANY,” he wrote on social media.
“HE WENT AHEAD AND USED THE SAMPLE ANYWAY AT HIS ALBUM LISTENING PARTY LAST NIGHT. I WANT NO ASSOCIATION WITH THIS MAN.”

Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign have also been sued by the estate of Donna Summer for allegedly using a sample of her classic hit “I Feel Love” without permission.
Summer’s estate are accusing the duo of copyright infringement for interpolating the song on their own track “Good (Don’t Die),” which was taken down from streaming services earlier this month.
