Julio Foolio‘s mother has paid tribute to her late son with a massive tattoo of his face.
A tattoo artist named Power took to Instagram earlier this week to showcase the fresh ink, which depicts a portrait of the Florida rapper and covers the inside of Sandrikas Mays’ left forearm.

Sandrika, who is a nurse, previously revealed that she is making a documentary about the “VooDoo” rapper.
