Joe Budden has been playfully roasted by Druski while filming a new commercial for fantasy sports platform PrizePicks.

While backstage at the shoot, the comedian filmed Budden wearing a basketball uniform with ā€œBudden #7ā€ on the back, seemingly for the ad.

Druski can be heard in the clip poking fun at the former Slaughterhouse rapperā€™s cheap-looking uniform, asking him: ā€œWhat team this is, Joe? What team you hooping for, dawg?ā€

Budden replies with a smirk: ā€œThis is bullshitā€ while examining his attire, which featured the PrizePicks logo on the front.

Druski then clowns thejerseyā€™s red and white colorway: ā€œYou play for the Houston Rockets?ā€

He added in his Instagram Stories caption: ā€œ@joebudden play for the Mount Zion Baptist Rockets [crying face emojis].ā€

Back in August, PrizePicks announced they had recruited Joe Budden and Druski, as well as UFC fighter Sean Oā€™Malley, for a new ā€œRun Your Gameā€ campaign.

In a press release, Budden said of the partnership: ā€œPrizePicks is fun, fresh, simple to use and most importantly for me, not afraid to take risks. Nothing about PrizePicks feels like the old guard being run by old rules. Theyā€™re truly a great organization that isnā€™t afraid to embrace creativity and thatā€™s paramount to me.ā€

In addition to commercials, Budden has also announced his intention to move into the scripted content space.

Speaking on X Spaces this past summer, Budden revealed he had ideas for TV shows and credited rapper-turned-Netflix star Vince Staples with helping him bring them to life.

ā€œIā€™m so happy The Vince Staples Show went like that and was a success, ā€™cause itā€™s just proof of concept. Thatā€™s been on my mind for years [and Iā€™m] just trying to get it done,ā€ he said.

ā€œVince has been helpful with me behind the scenes in terms of how to write these things out ā€™cause I just got a bunch of ideas.ā€

While looking to broaden his horizons, Budden has also claimed to have made a mint from podcasting.

The Hip Hop personality said earlier this year that heā€™s made around $4 million from podcasting over the last decade, which would average $400,000 per year.

Speaking on his self-titled podcast, he said: ā€œYeah, I think about $4 mil. Early on we were doing it for free. Then we hit a little lick, Spotify. Then n-ggas left, the building crumbled a little bit. My friends came to save the day. Probably about three and a half to four a half mil.ā€

He added that his gross profit before taxes was around $7 million.
